Tennis instruction in the US runs from a certified teaching pro giving private lessons on a park court to full academies with fitness staff, boarding and tournament travel. Private lessons are priced per hour, semi-private and group clinics cost less per player, and most clubs run junior programs after school and adult drills in the evening. The USTA organizes the national rating (NTRP) and the adult and junior leagues most players join; the USPTA and PTR certify coaches. Summer camps take kids by the week or the day and usually include lunch and match play. Stadiums and event venues host college matches, USTA sanctioned tournaments and the occasional exhibition, with free or low-cost admission for most of them.

Naples is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Naples follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Elias is an excellent coach and I've had the pleasure of taking a few lessons with him over the years. He is a great motivator, friendly, fun and most importantly he knows how to teach and improve your technique and tennis game. I also like the mental aspects he shares regarding competing and improving your confidence on the court. All around definitely recommend taking lessons with Elias!

My 17 year old daughter trained with Elias over the Xmas holidays on a visit to Naples. Elias was very professional, and has a positive and approachable coaching demeanour. Elias gave my daughter excellent hitting sessions as well as great drills. She is an accomplished junior who will be playing Division 1 tennis next fall - she has met many coaches over the years and she is very happy she met Elias as he will be our go to coach next time we are in Naples. We highly recommend him.

I flew in from out of state and took a lesson with Elias and he was wonderful! I am a beginner and he was very patient. He took his time to show me proper technique which will help improve my game. He was knowledgeable and coached in a way that was easy to understand and then to practice. I recommend Elias to anyone looking to take lessons! Very positive experience.

Mr. Elias has been teaching my two kids tennis lessons for over two years. They always look forward to their lessons because Elias is patient, kind and encouraging. My kids are learning character, sportsmanship and tennis skills. Through the use of games and other skill builders, my kids have grown to love the game. Good job Elias!
